Customer Delight Guarantee

If for any reason you are not delighted with your eyeglass purchase, you may exchange your eyeglasses within 30 days for another pair of equal value.

Eyeglass Breakage Warranty

If your frame or lenses should break within one year from the initial purchase date, we will:

• For the first occurrence, repair or replace for free.
• After the first occurrence, repair or replace for a $25 processing fee.

Lifetime Adjustments

Visit any Vision World during the lifetime of your frames and we will adjustment and clean them for you free of charge.
